Brunopasso Coffee Machine

Designed by Tadahito Ishibashi, the Brunopasso PD-1 Coffee features car inspired design like a gear stick like pull handle, race car motifs, speedometer-like gauges and a curvacious design reminiscent of 60’s race cars. Even the colours look like car paint.

Maltron Keyboards

God these look gash!

The day I use one of these I will put a bullet in my head.

The promotional video is hilarious though!

Additional Requirement 4

Argh my pet hate, "environmentally friendly" to be truly environmentally friendly, kill yourself! Everything we do changes our environment, nearly all products out there just reduce the impact of us on the environment which is all well and good, but it's not what we make our products out of that matters, it's our inherent need to own too much stuff, our consumer driven lifestyle! The human race in my view will never be an environmentally friendly one, to do that we need to live in the past, before technology and mass manufacturing but who will give up luxury and the modern lifestyle?. We need to be cave men haha.

Good
Manufactured in Wales from sheepswool in the UK.

Natural Insulations:

  • Are more thermally efficient than mineral fibre
  • Use less energy and emit less CO2 in manufacture than mineral fibre
  • Are safer to handle than mineral fibre
  • Have the ability to absorb and desorb moisture without losing their efficiency
  • Can help UK sheep farmers
  • Can be composted or incinerated for energy use at the end of their (long) life
Although the ground is sometimes fertilised to feed the sheep and fertilisers are made using crude oil.

BadPatio heaters are awful for the environment, they consume huge amounts of gas and have a very low efficency. The average patio heater emits about 50kg (110lb) of carbon dioxide per year, according to the energy trust.

Recognise this?

An interesting and simple wall clock by hundredstensunits, does it form a solid yellow line for 1 second every hour?, you know I love my timepieces (I think I deserve more marks for including this haha) :-)

Additional Requirement 3

Nintendo Game Boy
Physical
When playing the games the game play can get very intense therefore raising your heartrate and adrenaline levels. Its form is also very pleasing, it sits well in the hands inspite of its chunky shape. The buttons are positioned so they are easy to reach with your thumbs. It is portable so can be taken anywhere and enjoyed.

Emotional
There are many games available for the Game Boy, some of which include decisions on an emotional level for example who to save from dieing etc. Owning a Game Boy could also teach a child to care for it's possessions, if the friends of a child all have a Game Boy then they talk to each other about it, and inevitably give advice and instructions to each other on how to do things.

Intellectual

There are loads of educational and puzzle/problem games available for the Game Boy one of the most famous being Tetris.
Spiritual
After finishing a level on a game a child could feel a sense of fulfilment a sense that they have achieved someting that may have taken them a number of goes, it teaches them that if they perservere with something then they can achieve it.

Micro Four Thirds Camera

Micro Four Thirds is basically a new typle of lens that is more compact, I really like the design of this camera with it's modern body but with a brown leather stripe and old style lense.
